He brings over 45 years of experience managing residential and commercial rental properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Len founded Robinson & Company Realtors in 1977, and has been a certified property manager (CPM) since 1979. Len is responsible for all the company’s operations and is personally involved in every client account the company handles.

Christopher Robinson is a licensed broker and licensed California attorney and oversees all aspects of the company’s sales, leasing, and property management activities. Before joining the company, Christopher spent 12 years practicing litigation at a top-ranked law firm in San Francisco. He graduated Top 10% of his class at Santa Clara University School of Law, and served as a judicial extern for Hon. Judge Ware in the Northern District of California.

Executive Assistant & Maintenance Coordinator
Luz Leal runs the front desk and is responsible for coordinating the company’s response to all our tenants’ maintenance requests. Luz also oversees all the office’s administrative needs. Luz provides exceptional customer service to our tenants and plays an invaluable role in the company’s overall operations.
Senior Maintenance Technician
Scott Robinson is a skilled handyman with excellent customer service and communication skills. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the repair business. There is no challenge that Scott cannot answer. Plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, minor tile install and repair, door and screen repair, demolition, and owner-directed kitchen and bathroom remodels.
